Becoming the Nectary — Tuscany Retreat, June 26–July 2, 2027

Honey Bee Wild LLC at Le Pianore, Maremma, Tuscany, Italy

1. Booking and Deposit
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $500 USD. By submitting a deposit, Participant accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.
Le Pianore holds a maximum of 20 participants for this retreat. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within the room type selected at booking.

2. Payment
The remaining balance may be paid in full at the time of booking or through a payment plan (three installments, or a monthly schedule by arrangement). Final payment in full is due May 11, 2027. If full payment is not received by this date, Honey Bee Wild LLC will treat the booking as cancelled under the cancellation terms below, unless other arrangements have been made between Participant and Honey Bee Wild.
Prices are listed and payable in USD.

3. What Is Included
The retreat investment includes six nights of accommodation at Le Pianore, seven days of guided retreat programming, three meals daily, afternoon snacks, tea and coffee, access to the saltwater pool and natural bio-lake, exclusive use of the retreat spaces for the week, and one local excursion (including, weather permitting, a visit to the thermal waters of Terme di Saturnia).

4. What Is Not Included
Airfare to and from Italy, transportation to Le Pianore, gratuities, travel insurance, and personal purchases (including items from the farmstand or in town) are not included. Honey Bee Wild LLC will help arrange group transportation from Florence Airport for those interested. 

5. Cancellation by Participant
Honey Bee Wild LLC understands that circumstances change. The following cancellation schedule applies:
Cancellations made on or before March 28, 2027: full refund of all amounts paid, less the $500 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made between March 29 and May 15, 2027: 50% refund of the total retreat cost, less the $500 deposit.
Cancellations made on or after May 15, 2027: no refund.
No-shows and early departures: no refund or credit of any kind.
Participant may transfer a spot to another person with Honey Bee Wild LLC’s prior written approval. Finding a replacement is Participant’s responsibility, and any financial arrangement between Participant and the replacement is theirs to settle directly.

6. Cancellation or Amendment by Honey Bee Wild LLC
In the unlikely event Honey Bee Wild LLC must cancel the retreat, Participant will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. Honey Bee Wild LLC is not responsible for additional costs Participant may have incurred, including airfare, travel insurance, or accommodations booked outside the retreat.

Honey Bee Wild LLC reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, sessions, or facilitators where circumstances require it, and will notify Participant of any significant change as soon as reasonably possible before the retreat begins.

7. Force Majeure
Honey Bee Wild LLC is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, extreme weather, or other force majeure events. In such cases, Honey Bee Wild LLC will make every effort to reschedule the retreat or offer a partial credit toward a future event, but cannot guarantee a refund. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

8. Travel Responsibility
Participant is responsible for all travel arrangements to and from the retreat, including valid passport and any documentation required for travel to Italy. Honey Bee Wild LLC will help arrange a paid group transfer from Florence Airport but is not liable for travel delays, missed connections, or other travel disruptions.

9. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended and is Participant’s responsibility to arrange. Many trip-cancellation policies must be purchased within 14 days of booking to cover pre-trip cancellation. Participant should confirm that any policy purchased covers the physical and experiential activities offered on this retreat.

10. Health and Participation
Honey Bee Wild LLC will send a pre-retreat questionnaire to collect information on dietary needs, allergies, and any physical or mental health conditions relevant to the embodied, somatic, and emotionally intensive nature of the work. It is Participant’s responsibility to disclose this information honestly and in advance, and to consult their own physician regarding fitness for travel, physical activity, swimming, and the retreat’s practices.

Honey Bee Wild LLC reserves the right to decline or discontinue a person’s participation where their health or safety, or the safety of the group, is a genuine concern.

Participation in this retreat is conditioned on Participant’s execution of a separate Participant Agreement and Liability Waiver, provided before arrival.

11. Code of Conduct
Participant agrees to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the safety, dignity, and experience of the group. Honey Bee Wild LLC may remove a participant from the retreat, without refund, for conduct that is disruptive, dangerous, or otherwise seriously inappropriate.

12. Photography and Media
Honey Bee Wild LLC and its photographers may photograph, film, and record the retreat for use in promotional and marketing materials. Participant who wishes to opt out may notify Honey Bee Wild before or during the retreat. 

13. Eligibility
This retreat is open to adult participants (18 and over). Honey Bee Wild LLC staff, including support staff present for childcare, are not part of the participant group.

14. Privacy
Personal information collected at booking is used only to administer this retreat and is not sold or shared with third parties outside of retreat operations (such as the venue and payment processor).

15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of California.

16. Agreement
By paying the deposit and checking the box confirming agreement at the time of booking, Participant accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.
