Flights:
Our retreat villa is Le Pianore, located in Western Tuscany, about 2.5 hours from Florence.
• Fly into Florence if you would like to be part of the group transfer.
• For non-European residents, I recommend comparing price costs between:
a) Flying from your home airport to Florence.
b) Flying into a major hub city in Europe (Paris, Frankfurt, Rome, etc) and booking a separate hopper flight to Florence.

Group Transfer from Florence:
We will arrange a group transfer from Florence to Le Pianore in the early afternoon of June 26th.
Payment will depend on number of guests needing transfer, with a flat rate running at €330 total + driver gratuity. There are seven seat per van. Therefore if we have 7 people to transfer the cost will be approx $47 per person. If fewer guests take the transfer the price will increase.

The retreat is quite remote and while there is a village within a 40 minute walk from the retreat center, there are no real amenities at the village.
The nearest village with shops and supermarkets should you need them, is Castel del Piano, 20 minutes away by car.
You may also choose to rent a car to have more freedom of travel.
There are car rental options from Rome, Pisa, and Florence, depending on your arrival city.
Arrival is between 4pm and 6pm on June 26. Please do not arrive early.
Directions will be provided should you choose this route.
Our driver can also provide a group transfer from Rome airport for €430 if there is enough interest or need.
Alternatively, you can look into hiring you own group transfer or we can suggest a private driver.
